6 Weeks to Suzanne 3.0

I’ve been an avid gold gym’s member for about 11 months now; I go at least 3 times a week (but more usually 4-5 times) for cardio & strength training. My routine has varied very little over this period of time; I do 45 minutes of cardio & some abs each day followed by strength training–1 day of biceps & back, 1 day of chest & triceps, 1 day of legs, & 1 day of shoulders with more legs. Well, it’s been fun doing all of that. I am stronger than I’ve ever been before, but I am now beginning a 6 week training session to get myself in tip-top shape.

My new workout schedule is 6 days a week; every 2 weeks major changes occur in the strength training portions. My workout is also coordinated nutritionally, oscillating between a 1200 & 1500 calorie per day diet every other 2 weeks. It’s the kind of diet where you end up eating so many meals per day, you start using the protein powders. They’re gross, but I’m gonna bear it. I’m super-psyched this morning. I was at the gym from 5:30-7:20 am, took all my supplements (multi-vitamin, fish oil, vitamin c, chromiom picolinate), had my protein powder & yogurt breakfast, and I am looking forward to the rest of this 6 week regimen. Everyone should wish me luck. Maybe, if you’re lucky, I’ll post before & after pictures in 6 weeks.
